Failled to do pre authorisation
My mother was admitted at the hospital this year March they failled to do pre authirisation and admitted her now her medical aid doesnt want to pay saying the condition she was admitted for is not covered now i put the blame to them because should they have consulted the medical aid before admitting her they could have got the information that the scheme doesnt cover that certain condition now my unemployed mother is sitting with a R42 000 bill from the hospital which we dont know how pay as she is not working and the medical aid doesnt wanna pay
