Extremely rude and uncaring x ray department

I'm really disgusted once again at the treatment received in the x ray department at Life Wilgeheuwel hospital. I was sent to the x ray department for an abdominal sonar scan as my GP is worried about my appendix. I get here and get told to come back in 5 hours time. As I don't have an appointment. I said obviously I don't, as my GP just sent me here now. So they said they'll squeeze me in. Then they all freaking out as my bladder is not full enough. I also got told sarcastically by the Male receptionist that I'm not allowed to drink the coffee I just bought. The woman who called me to the scan room was also very rude. And the sonographer was also rude to me saying we're just wasting our time as mu bladder isn't full enough. Wow. Being so sick and needing medical attention and you treat me like this. It is really sickening. I'm paying high costs for this and you treat me like this.
