Extremely Poor Emergency care

visited Wilgeheuwel Hospital on November 20th due to being very ill and in significant pain. Unfortunately, the service I received at the emergency department was disappointing. The staff made little effort to conduct tests or provide any meaningful medical care. They drew blood and, six hours later, sent me home, diagnosing me with a bladder infection.

The following day, I went to Brenthurst Hospital, where I received a thorough examination, including ultrasounds and X-rays. I was diagnosed with a gallbladder infection and subsequently admitted.

I find it unacceptable that the emergency department at Life Wilgeheuwel Hospital provided such inadequate care. It is extremely frustrating to pay substantial amounts for medical coverage and receive such poor service when urgent assistance is needed.
