Extremely irate

Good afternoon

I am highly irate and dissatisfied with the manner In which queries are handled, I am currently a patient here at the hospital and I hate the fact that when you bring an issue to the nurses attention you are given no feedback, this morning I reported to the nurse that I am not sleeping and very anxious, I was told they will contact my psychiatrist till now I have been given no feedback which is starting to irritate the life out of me, people come here seeking help and not for more stress and irritation to be caused to them.

Kindly teach your staff how to deal with patients that report things to them and how vital it is to provide feedback to a client/customer in any industry.
