extremely disappointed

my husband was admitted on the 27th of February, ever since he was admitted it has been a constant struggle to get a good services, when you ring a bell for assistance it will a nurse 25 minutes to come and attend a patient. The toilet and a ward have not been cleaned for the whole week he was there and then there is a lady by the name sister Helen ,she is the rudest person that i have ever come across. I'm so disappointed with the staff at the medical ward and I don't think I will be taking any of my family members to that hospital ever again.
