extremely disappointed

Two weeks ago my gran was placed in hilton life hospital and was found to have double naumonia. She was treated for a week an every 2nd day was a issue with the staff in medical ward... Firstly given a sleeping tablet in the morning, drip not in so blood transfusion wasn't working then found the bed was wet an she hadnt been changed. Also Forgot to give a tablets that are needed. Now 2weeks later she back still infection but the staff seemed better! Then yesterday they had just left her without oxygen an drip. Etc.<br> Something needs to be done as no matter what age you are when in a private hospitals you expect the best.
