Extremely Bad service

My Daughter had to wait more than 3hours to be admitted.without even anyone informing us wht we were waiting for.she was transferred from Brits Medi clinic with all necessary documents for admission.they call the hospital a private for nothing .poor service at its best.first time I'm getting this kind of service in a private hospital the last was in Public hospital.
