EXCELLENT SERVICES

On 18 October my dad was seriously ill. After a very bad experience at Helen Joseph hospital the previous day, I arranged a visit with my GP, and he referred my dad to a specialist at Flora Life Clinic. The specialist advised that he must admit my dad in hospital immediately and any delay could be fatal. My dad was admitted to Flora Life Clinic, Ward E as an outpatient.

Thank you to all concerned, from the admissions staff, right to the nursing staff in Ward E. You have restored my faith in people but also the medical environment. My dad was treated with the utmost care and respect. The hospital is clean and neat. During our visits, we were greeted at all times by the staff, whether it be administration or medical, in the lifts and corridors. The nursing staff in Ward E is wonderful. Thank you for taking our phone calls with patience. Thank you for treating my dad with respect and CARE. Yesterday, my dad was released from hospital and will now recuperating at home. My family and I are grateful for what you did.
