Excellent service received

One of these days I was accompanying my relative to hospital we were admitted at Life cosmos hospital casualty ward. I will like to thank the staff that was working there even thou there were busy but there were so quick and they informed us about the progress all the time. A Sister Vilane was in charge, excellent nurse: Professional, warm smile, warm touch, the way she works and jokes with her junior nurses, she is indeed a true example of a nurse. Dr Banks for his listening ear and compassionate, the old lady in the reception area. It is such people that give us hope for our already dying health facilities. Thank you very much.
