excellent service

Last night I had a medical emergency and went to the flora clinic. From the moment of my arrival I was assisted in a professional and caring manner. The administration staff assisted my husband with the forms while a nurse attended to me. He did the preliminary checks and immediately started a drip and pain medication. Made me comfortable whilst I had to wait for the doctor. They kept on checking on me a giving me feedback on the progress of the doctor. I have heard of people in the same position who have had bad experiences. The service and care I received last night was excellent. I want to thank the staff that was on duty last night. It is wonderful to receive that kind of service when we all know that service delivery everywhere is bad.
