Excellent care and service

I had a procedure done at Kingsbury on 10 June and from arrival to departure received only excellent service and care from all the staff. The admission staff were professional and efficient, the porters friendly and helpful, the nurses were friendly and professional. I had read the comment about the lady's wallet that went missing but I did not have any experience like that as before the operation a security lady came and took an inventory of all valuables, placed them in a safe bag and returned them after the procedure. Thanks to all the staff for a pleasant experience.
