Eugune Marais life hospital

I was fired on September 23rd of 2019 at Egune Marais hospital , was told I have done everything and I will receive my pension fund within 8weeks. After few weeks I hear from someone that I didn't sign my papers, I went there on the 11th of November and they said they have been calling me though my husband number is there on the file they didn't contact him since they couldn't get me. Today(04 December) I called the pension fund people(Alexandra forbies) they say they haven't received my papers/claim. I called the hospital again and they told me, my paperwork is still with them and I will get my pension fund in February. How do I go about life with nothing to eat, I have children on the other hand. That time my dismissal was unfair but I didn't do any fuss
