Eugene Marais Hospital is pathetic.

I arrived at Eugene Marais Hospital's ER on the 17th of December 2019 around 3:30 for a knee injury. I have been struggling ever since to get my WCL4 forms from the hospital and after a few phone calls and emails, I eventually received the forms only to notice that they have the date as the 16th December 2019. How in the world do you get the dates wrong when working in a hospital... This is the last of many and I mean many issues that I have experienced over the last 3 years with this hospital... I would never in my life ever recommend this hospital to anyone ever again!.
