For a hospital the service is absolutely terrible, the staff is not very helpful and can't give me any information in connection with my father in law of ninety, with the covid and no visiting hours there is no way that we can get close to him and make sure that he is fine! After a week of him laying there for blood clots and nobody phoned to give us any feedback, for the first time after a week, some lady phoned and tells me that now my father in law got covid witch means that he must have picked it up in the hospital and that they are going to move him to covid ward, but they will keep me informed but never heard of them again, if I don't phone daily to make sure that how he is doing and wait 5min for any of them to come back, just to say he is doing fine. Yesterday they phoned me and tell me that they are going to move him to a Medstep that sounds impossible because he was still under quarantine and oxygen, but we were actually happy about that because now hopefully we will get more answers! But at the end of the day after long hours of waiting, they did move him but after all those hours my father in law was actually the wrong pasient and had to move him back to the hospital, as I said he is ninety years old and got Alzheimer this must have been very dramatic and exhausting for him, my question is how can something like this happen in a big hospital where you pay for the service that you suppose to get!! After all this I phoned and asked how my father is doing they said he is fine and I can come and visit him today. At the ward they told me that I must go and pick up his bag with clothes and medication at the medstep because they did not receive it, at the medstep they gave me all his clothes but his medication was gone! This is truly a very sad thing to go through! Please help and I'm sure this is not the first time someone complaining about the lack of service!
