Entabeni Life hospital negligence

I took my wife to Entabeni hospital. Don't want to get into detail discussing her condition but in short she has a condition where the liver does not process the bodies ammonia the normal way. Hence from time to the ammonia can build in levels and it does affect the brain causing confusion and coordination. When I brought her in she had a level of 90 where a normal level supposed to be around 50 or lower . A day later at night visit I find her in a totally confused condition so I go enquire from one of the in charge nursing staff that they please need to help her eat and drink water because of her condition . Also why is she worse than the day I brought her in to get admitted. The nurse indicates that her ammonia level is now 150. She will call the doctor immediately. So how do you treat someone when you don't know what's wrong with them. For starters she has to be on a diet with no animal protein. Who knows what they feeding her when they don't know what they treating. This is simply negligence. Two years ago she was also admitted, I had a visit with her the night before whilst she was in a normal ward , I left her in a joyful mood as we were both excited about the sharks rugby match later that evening. 20h00 that evening she was not responding to my WhatsApp. Next morning I get called by the doctor to say she is in ICU , I rushed to hospital in 10min while they were hooking her up with monitoring devices . Her blood pressure was 226 , so that's the care you get , means she was not checked on during the night . She almost died because of that. Tomorrow morning I be making appointment with a attorney. These care is sub standard and I feel she is not safe and at risk of further damage to her health. Both Discovery and Entabeni should answer for this.
