Emergercy and Nurses the worse

<p>I recently called the trauma unit and spoke to the sister on duty, sister lebo who was absolutely rude to me. I called to find out about my nephew who had gone in and needed to find out if he was being admitted. She was so rude and spoke to loud and not interested that she was speaking to a customer. She kept saying i must call the patient to find out, surely if he could talk i would. What is the purpose of having a nurse on duty if they cant assist. They need to go for training on human s****s and not nursing. The service is absoluely shocking and i will never refer anyone to that hospital. </p>
