Dr Odumundi( Pediatrician at Life Wilgeheuwel) Refusing to offer allergy results for my son who came in for s seizure

Single Mom needs urgent assistance. Rushed my son to wilgeheuwel life hospital last month he was having a seizure and had spiked a very high fever. The ER staff firstly very slow. No urgency they stood around and looked at me until i started screaming at the top of my voice.. My son was admitted. Brain scans taken and bloods all came back clear. I specifically asked the pediatrician ( Dr Odumundi) and all the nurses to please get the allergy test done.because his previous convulsions we found out his allergic to formula. Dairy. Nuts eggs etc. 3 full days i asked and they said its being sorted.

Day3 we being discharged no allergy report. I received some zinplexm panado and we were on our way home.

A week and a half later i get a call from DR odumundi receptionist that i should come in for a follow up. As the results are in.

When i get there im told its R850 consultation. So im like im not consulting im hear to get the allergy results and hear about the brain scans and a way forward. My medical aid already paid for these tests so why am i paying for the results out of pocket. ( Thats number 1

Now a month later no feedback from the doctor on next steps. No response on watsapp only that i should call lancet. So i do and lancet advises the DR did not rwquest a allergy breakdown and only attempted to do so now in july a month later.

His receptionist has since blocked me from calling and the Dr refuses to take my call.she says your nor the first one the dr instructed to go get answers from lancet. Excuse me....

Now my argument is my son needs to now get *****ed all over again another week or so before i can help him but we've paid so no one cares now. And all this must come out of my pocket.

DR Odumundi advised we start my son on epilem . im so afraid to continue that treatment because i do not trust his recommendations based on this oversight that could cost me my child.

Please help i need those allergy results at no cost to me because my medical aid already paid for it but i never received it.
