Dr OA Odumuso insulting me during my hospital stay

Dr OA Odumosu,A physician allocated to me when I was admitted on the 6th of August 2024.He was always in a hurry and very much irritated when asked about my treatment plan.So today we had a fall out because I wanted to understand the procedure that he wanted to perform on me.He said he was going to give me to another dr of which I didn’t have a problem because I was not happy with his work ethics.Suddently he started insulting me calling me a Witch and being manipulative.He even said I must go to school so that I can understand him when he talks.The nursing staff stood there helpless because apparently there’s nothing they can do since he is an independent practitioner.I just searched him on this platform and I’m now realising that the hospital is aware of his behaviour and he’s been getting away with it. Acting facility manager Natasha was there when this incident happened.Thabo who is said to be the manager for the Drs was also called and he just said he will investigate the matter.Im so disappointed with the treatment I received today.
