<div>I went into casualty after suffering from acute abdominal pain from midnight right until about 4am, although the nurse and staff were diligent and treated me with care a DR ***** was very rude and argumentative about issuing a sick note, although i was alot better having been up all night with the pain i had it would not make sense to leave the hospital and go straight to work, I required rest. He was very arrogant and insistent in disclosing on my sick note what my condition was breaching confidentiality.&nbsp;</div>
