Double Charge without advising patient

I went to casualty / emergency for back spasm and was billed for that treatment where I received a statement which I paid for and account was up to date. This was in October 2014.
I then received an sms in March 2015 stating that I was in 120day over due payment of R1000.00.
This was never discussed with me.
The hospital advised that information in the file stated that there was communication sent to me which is false as they cannot send me the email communication as they cannot find it.
There are item charged for which was not used on me during the time I was at the hospital and they cannot explain this and only wants payment urgently or I will be blacklisted.

This is unacceptable from a health care service.
Bedford Gardens over charges. They put claims through the Medical Aid and you pay consultation fees. Over and above they bill you again for items not used and send the bill stating account is overdue when account was never sent to the patient.

Cameras need to be placed inside the casualty ward as staff linger around eating and ignoring what is happening around them.
Cameras need to placed showing proof what is used on the patients.
