Dont care attitudes

My father who has diabetes was admitted to Entabeni hospital at fyfe 2 ward at 11h30, 1) had not been offered any meals for several hours, 2) SALINE drip that was required took 4 hours to get to the ward as they were busy, 3) a dibetic patient was allowed to order sweet patato and pumpkin with no advice from health care professionals. The sister incharge excuse is that she has too much on her plate. The night staff had no hand over as blood results were not in the patients file.
