Don'n use Flora Clinic!!

Dont go there!!

Did pre admision on the 24th of Mei 2021 for a procedure on the 25th so that ther is no problems on the 25th. Was told to be at the hospital at 6am.

After 40 minutes of waiting in there freezing reception as they own heaters but don't use them, gets told they don't have a bed available.

Why were we not informed on the 24th that we ahould not be here by 6am because the hospital don't have beds available.

It now have been over an hour waiting and freezing and all we get told is they blame covid.

I will never use Flora Clinic again and I will demotivate any person I know or meet to not use Flora Clinic.

If they knew thay had no beds available, why were we informed to be here at 06:00 am and sit in a freezing reception???
