Dissatisfied

I was admitted into New Life Kensington Rehabilitation Center on the 4th of November and discharged on the 15 of December. I have a rare neurological auto immune system disorder called Stiff Persons Syndrome where I had to explain to them what it is. I had 3 incidents due to my spasm attacks that I had fell to the floor and this was not reported to my doctor or written in my file. The 1st fall I was on my wheelchair and when I fell to the floorin the evening I had one staff member try to assist me the rest of the staff just watched me. The 2nd incident was when I asked a staff member to please ask the other nurses to keep quiet after they were told by authority yo keep quiet and he told me why do I not do it myself. The attitude from the staff at Kensington was so rude and negligent that on my 3rd fall from the bed I had bruised my foot both myself and roommate were screaming for help yet no one came. Due to this I had to go for xrays on my foot the day before my discharge and this incident was not reported in my file. Dr Mbuyumba was not their onmy discharge day to explain complications found in my xray neither did I get a prescription. I have emailed Life customer no resp
