Dissapearingn crutches

I arrived at the admissions with 2 crutches but had to leave with hired crutches. There were no visitorrs, only staff and patiets due to covid. As I was moved between the wards I did try and track my try to track the items I brought with me and when I realised that the crutches were missing I did enquire regarding the items. Sadly I had the hire crutches to return home.
