Disrespectful Security guards at Carstenhof Clinic

Good Day

I went to Carstenhof Clinic in Midrand with my son for pre assessment for circumcision with Dr Rikhotso, I parked my car at the western direction parking lots, then went inside the hospital that I have been using from 2008. The doctor assessed my son and did the booking for him. And I then left to the car only to find out that the vehicle has been clamped and I went straight to pay at reception as they even left the note on the windscreen. I then asked why was only my car that was clamped since there is also a Hyundai ix35 and a Polo that didn’t park at a designated lots and you choose to clamp my car. By then I took responsibility by paying a fine and I just needed clearity as the was danger tapes on the other site and there was not even a sign that prohibits the parking of cars. The lady then said the better way is to call the security so that they can come and explain, then came these two security guys and I asked the above mentioned question. The first responded by telling me that if I have already paid I should give him the receipt and he will unlock the car I should leave as soon as he unlocks, I then respond by saying how do you dare talk to me like that? They the second one intervened, I thought maybe he wanted to take the responsibility, he then said if I’m a normal person I should come and point if there are lines to park the car. They both continued bullying me up until I went back again to the reception for intervention since I said I must report their conduct to the next level, I was taken to an office at the administration clerk and she said she is calling their supervisor only to find out that the first one to insult me was that supervisor then she also changed the tune, I told her that I need to report these matter to the hospital management, she rep**** by telling me that she doesn’t think there is anyone to assist me in this regard but I insisted, she ended up saying that I should wait at the reception and she is going to find out, after some seconds she came back to say that the manager says I should do it in writing but she sought the information from the reception. I knew that she just wanted to get rid of me having seen the time spent to go to the manager and not coming with the information to address my concerns. She collected the email address that reads: ********** tel no: ********** . I felt so painful to be belittled by these two security guards. I and my wife were treated by these behavior when she went to give birth on the 20 April 2013 to the very same child that I was taking to Dr Rikhotso, she wrote a complaint that we still don’t know of the solution. I also managed to take their names after a bit of hard work, the first one was Zondi ( the supervisor) and Mawela, they only gave me these names as I insisted that they should give me their full names. I was so furious that I told them that this is Carstenhof and not Tembisa Hospital where you treat people any how. I hope to find closure to these matter as it is not the first time to be ill treated by security officials in this beloved hospital.
