Disrespectful Nurses

Good day Sir / Madam,

I trust that this report finds you well.

It it with a heavy heart that i type this report. I was admitted for a C-Section in Crompton Hospital. I am currently in Womans Health Unit, Room 8, Bed 2 All went well. I was on a video call with my sister this morning when an Indian nurse/Sister came to inform me that officials from Home Affairs will be coming through to assist with baby's birth registration. I asked if they could please assist me by making a photo copy of mine and my partners ID's as he is at work and I am admitted in the hospital. She gave me a mouthful of reasons that she cant assist me, so I responded explaining that I am still admitted. I then continued my call with my sister and her manager Didi, came to approach me, stating that the nurse / sister reported that she didnt like what I said or the way I said it. I informed her that its okay she can send the temporamental employee back to me to apologise. I informed my older sister and she became extremely Irrate, reminding me that I am the customer and should be treated with respect and not be brought into questioning. I am further requesting a verbal and written apology from both the nurse and her manager Didi.

Their level of unprofessionalism is pathetic and lame. They are definately in the incorrect sector
