disrecpectful with extremely bad attitude

Well visiting my family member today had a bad experience comin from a moon lighter in icu , i come frm the the nursing profession so im aware no information can deviliged so i asked in a polite manner was these bloods done and in a very rude manner with attitude she spoke n v?rbalize dnt ask me i cnt tel u ntn i sd ok cn i see the sr in charge i was shocked too see the the sr in charge of icu sr gounder refused to cum i had to. Go to her n that too she was very rude the service i received in chatsmed hospital today was the worse i habei regret to say evenn im a nurse because its nusring staff that has no emathy no compassion no respect with attitudes tht brings dwn all nurse your bring the nursing profession to the dogs sadly i would nvr want to cum to tht hosp again i rather stay in r k khans than actually cum to chatsmed
