Dishonest payroll officer

I left Bedford lifehealthcare hospital on the 29/02/2024. I called Shaina Fortune on the 15/03/2024 about the claim for withdrawal of my savings. She confirmed that the claim was sent to Alex Forbes already. However Alex Forbes confirmed that the claim was only sent on the 07/04/2024 with the incorrect tax number to submit the claim which has resulted in a delay. She used Lifehealthcare tax number. Please sort this out with Alex Forbes asap and escalate this so my monies can be paid to me asap.
