Disgusting Treatment.

I don't know why I must rate with a star? The service and level of care received by my 84 year old Aunt from Bedford Gardens Life Hospital was nothing short of disgustingly shocking. She was left for the whole day without food or water after her surgery was cancelled. She rang the bell for attention which was never answered. On another occasion her bell dropped on to the floor and she did not see a nurse for 3 hours, all the while needing help to the bathroom. Jacques De Klerk and Life Bedford Gardens have a great deal to answer for. Please remove the star above.
