Disgusting Service Life Peglare Rustenburg

I am beyond gatvol! I had an operation in july at Life Peglare in Rustenburg. I had to make a deposit payment before being admitted as I did and my POP was received. Now how many months down the line I still get a bill telling me I owe this amount. My emails are being ignored from both head office and peglare. My gap cover already paid out the 75% of what I paid. I have send my proof of payment more than 20 times and I still get a bill. Why will my gap claim back an amount that doesn't exist and why was I even allowed in without it. They mentioned my medical didn't pay for it which is very obvious since I have a pop that shows I paid it myself and did send it and they did confirm they got it. If I get black listed from their negligence I will have to pull in legal actions. SORT THIS OUT YOU GUYS ARE MAKING MY LIFE A LIVING HELL!!!!
