Disgusting Service Delivery from trained healthcare staff at Die Wilgers Hospital!

Absolutely appalling service from the Life Wilgers Hospital. I was left by trained medical staff in a wheelchair for over an hour in the burning sun! When they finally got to see me i was told to go to another hospital as there were no beds. I uberered myself to Groenkloof Hospital item as I was too weak to drive.

This speaks to two things, one given our frail healthcare system due to Covid the lacks of beds is a real problem. However, as health care etiquette dictates it is incumbent to provide the best service for an ill patient no matter what the CIRCUMSTANCES . I was not even told that they will send an ambulance to transfer me to a facility that has beds! To this end I am disgusted that if this can be done to me? imagine all the patients that are turned away daily, who I have no means of transport or relatives to assist them.
