Disgusting service at Robinson

HI,

I am writing this email on behalf of my aunt who is currently admitted at Robinson Lifecare-Ward 3. She was admitted on the 25th of January 2023. She was intiatilly admittied with a condition where her left hand side wasn't functioning properly. She was then transferred to ICU after a week or two. We recently found out from a nurse that the reason for her being in ICU was due to the doctor's negligence, she was issued a high dosage, she could have lost her life due to the Doctor's negligence. She recently had a hip operation done on Monday the 13th of February, so technically she can't move. She rang the bell several times for assistance, to no avail. Two hours later, the nurse comes and utters these words to her, 'You are not the only patient here', that is very disrespectful and unprofessional.

We will be escalating this further because this treatment is unprofessional, unacceptable and dehumanising!!!!!
