Disgusting service at Life Carstenhof

10th August I was sent to theatre at Life Carstenhof. This was my 1st time in hospital and nobody had the courtesy of informing me about safe keeping my valuables and that led to my phone being ****** in the ward while I was in theatre for 2hrs. I have since tried to follow up with nurses on duty, hospital manager and even wrote an email which has still not been responded to. I am truly appalled by this incident in a private hospital
