Disgusting service

The hospital charged me an extra 8 meals in error. I went directly to life brenthurst hospital and spoke to a guy by the name of Thabo Matshaba who said he will sort it out with his superior.

My daughter was admitted to hospital and my medical aid doesn't cover my meals. In order for me to even get a meal I have to go and get a coupon and pay for it and present it to the lady that delivers food to even get the meal. I only had 5 meals in the time I was there as I only had 3 meals on the Monday and 2 on the Tuesday. I had food bought from home the Sunday afternoon and the Tuesday afternoon. The Wednesday morning I did not eat as we were discharged.

I arrived at the hospital the Sunday afternoon and left the Wednesday morning. How is it possible to have 13 meals during that time. Please sort this out. Ive already gone all the way to hospital to sort this out and I keep getting these threatening emails from you
