Disgusting attitude from Dr Hilda Smith (Gastroenterologist)

Absolutely disgusted by the service I received from Dr Hilda Smith (Gastroenterologist), she has a very bad attitude. I went in for a Gastroscope and biopsy and complained that I did not get an email or call from her informing me of my biopsy results, as it was promised that she would call to discuss my results. After multiple calls to her receptionist I finally received a call from her today. Thinking we would have a decent conversation and discuss the biopsy results she spoke with a disgusting attitude and the conversation did not get anywhere at all.

Very disappointing to have paid so much money for this procedure, just to be treated with absolutely no respect.
