Disgusting and filthy. Rather stay away

Disgusting place. Nurses have zero idea what to do, so they either lie to you, or totally ignore you. Matrons and Unit Managers like to sit in their office all day, while just getting bigger and bigger. There was 1 male nurse over the weekend that was phenomenal, but for the rest of them there is no hope. One nurse told me I had to finish my morphine pump even if I had no pain..... obvious attempt to knock me out so she could have a quiet night. Not that you see any of them at night anyway Unwilling to do their work Leaving urine bottles on my side table until they soak through the cardboard No interest in you once the dr says you can be discharged - just lie there for another few hours.

My complaint is now a week old, and I still have had ZERO response from Sr Judy about these issues!

This is the second time I had the misfortune to go there, and both times I had the exact same issues.
