Disgusted with service from Life Health Care- Credit control department

I am disgusted with the service I received from your consultant yesterday after I called in to find out about a payment which was required from me and instead of him explaining it to me in a proper manner he was instead disrespectful. You guys should really carefully consider the people you have dealing with your clients because like this consultant He adds no value to your company at all! Please do something about it!
