Disgusted and appaled!

Im totally disgusted in the service you get at Roseacres life hospital in Primrose Germiston. 2 years ago i raved about how well you treated my little girl . And today im in total diagust. Firstly 2 months ago around 2 am in the morning my husband gets to the casualties department with a grinding spark burnt into his eye, to be turned away as they had no ear buds to take the spark out with. EARBUDS really! And then tonight my Oldest daughter waits 4 hours in the waiting room in severe pain to be told to wait in cubicle 3 with blood on the floor. Then handed a jar to urinate in and told to use the bathroom down the hall thats covered with someone elses vomit. When ahe refused yo use the toilet in that state she gets told well then wait till someone can come and clean it. Naturally she has walked out of your hospital in total disgust and pain. What do we pay medical aid for when sick ppl get treated like this. As a nurse and Dr your first priority should be the wellbeing of your patients.!
