I received a statement saying I owe Almost R3000. I then called to make an arrangement. The person I spoke to said I can pay any amount. I then agreed to R300 but due to financial difficulties I started paying R100 per month. Now we are handed over to attorneys without calling or emailing even though I am paying. So disgusted in the bad treatment.

30 May 2023, 09:03When will someone be in touch. I have tried on numerous occasions to call your account department Tel *** and no one answers. I have called the hospital and cant get hold of anyone. So when will someone call me. This is really unacceptable. I need a call today. You cant just hand people over after making arrangements. What type of place is this.
