Disgust at negligence of essential service staff

Flora Clinic is one very bad place to have your loved ones sent to. We have had an extremely bad experience with some very abrupt, *********** staff who don't care about patients. The old people get pinched and s****s of food shoved down their throats. A family member was discharged at 09:30 and at 14:00 I had to throw my toys out of the box to get her released. They seem to only have one porter as from 09:30 they have apparently been waiting for a porter. I had to force my way into the hospital. They ripped the drips out of the person that I went to collect. I had to demand for a manager in order to get here released. If you have any old family members in the Ward A room 5 please get them out of that hell hole... It's supposed to be a private institution but they operate worst than our government institutions... Such a shame as this is supposed to be a world class private Clinic.. MANAGEMENT wake up leave your glamorous offices and see what your staff are upto.
