Discharge date, overstayed with 0.50 days

Good day

My son, Jeandre Booysen, was admitted to the hospital for surgery on the 17th June 2025 and was discharged on the 18.7.2025. It seems we overstayed but I was told that will not be a problem if we leave before 12 pm on the 18th June 2025, which we did. Now apperantly we were discharged 12.18pm on the 18th June 2025 I have received communication from Keyhealth:

58001 A Surgical Cases: Per Day. 0.50 2025/06/17 2025/06/17 58215 A High Care Ward, Per Day 1.00 2025/06/17 2025/06/18 58001 D Surgical Cases: Per Day. 0.00 2025/06/18 2025/06/18 14:22:14 Please provide Keyhealth with a clinical indication for the p.m. discharge. Should we not receive any clinical indication for the p.m. discharge Keyhealth will assume that you have journaled the p.m. discharge and will regard the matter as settled.
