DISAPPOINTED FLORA CLINC

I am terribly disappointed in the service I received on Saturday from FLORA CLINIC- My 5 year old daughter was bitten by a Dog on her HEAD, I had then rushed over to the nearest Life hospital which was Flora clinic, when I got there her name was put on a waiting list and I was told I can sit over there and wait to see a Doctor which will be nothing less then 1 hour, I explained to the receptionist that my daughter was bitten on her head by a Dog, she is bleeding uncontrollably and she and I are hysterical, she told me she can see the situation however I must please take a seat and wait my turn!!!! now my daughter was crying because she is obviously in shock and pain, there is blood EVERYWHERE and I am crying which isn't making it easier for her and then I get told to sit and wait for an hour to see a doctor, I was also told that if I had come in with an ambulance they would have seen to me immediately? there was no sympathy at all. I had to leave and go look for another hospital that could help me, I am disappointed with FLORA clinic and will never go there again, this is not the first time that they have done this and the funny thing is that THERE WAS NO PATIENTS waiting, I think management needs to intervene because clearly they should rethink they frontline team,
