Disappointed client

Good day, I am very disappointed with a hospital that i referred a lot of people to because of their great service. In February 2025 we visited the hospital with new medical details and email address. to our Suprise the receptionist didn't do her job or whoever puts through their claims. I am trying to get hold of the accounts department since Friday the 16/05/2025. Left messages at the reception and sent many emails to query this account. Until today i have not sorted this query.
