Disappointed by Sisters attitude . Very rude

Happy with their service however disappointed by the head sister of ward 3 in Castenhof hospital . My husband was admitted 07/10/2019 from work.

I went the next day morning 7:30 since I am traveling from Mpumalanga to visit and bring him toiletries and clothes. The nurse allowed me however they were having a meeting and the sister decided to respond to me with attitude as I was passing and greeted them . Since I have already engaged with the nurse who opened the door for me . She asked “who am visiting as I look like someone who knows where is going” and not knowing the visiting hours . I politely answered that I am visiting my husband as am addressed in group with attitude . She said no you can’t you’ll for 10 . I begged her to at least drop the bag and she said 5 minutes . Heaven knows I don’t have a problem following any companies processes or rather procedure however attitude is key . It can either build or break the company . Such people are disappointing in a sense that they want you to feel their shoes regardless of how that can damage the companies image . I doubt she’ll understand that as she is an employee not an employer . Disappointed
