Die Wilgers Hospital ******** Service

Today on the 20th at 4:00am we come in to Die Wilgers Hospital for my sister to give birth. Before you get into the hospital, they screen you for COVID-19 which takes 45minutes mind you we were they only people there. Just for the nurse to make copies it took her 20minutes. Then the expect my pregnant sister to work to the maternity ward by herself. What on earth is that? There’s a reason why she came here in the first place. This was not a fun trip. Then the nurse just says to her sit. She doesn’t even fix the feet steps for her. Then she starts pushing her. What kind of service is this? We are at the entrance mind you. We haven’t even gotten into the hospital already we’re treated badly. I’m extremely irritated and ****ed at the same time because this woman is in pain and is expected to walk by herself. There was no potter to help her out nothing and we pay a lot of money for this service. They don’t even waste time when charging us for money
