Despicable Treatment

My mother was admitted to Life Groenkloof Hospital in Pretoria on Friday for sugery and subsequently had to stay the night.

During the night she needed assistance to go to the bathroom and called for the night staff. They initially ignored her and later responded by just standing in the doorway and shouting 'What do you want?'. She had surgery on her foot and could therefor not go to the bathroom by herself. She eventually soiled her sheets because she did not get any assistance from the *********** staff. They let her sleep in the soiled bed the entire night.

Unbelievably unprofessional, *********** and ********** treatment from a facility that charges R6000 per night.
