Despicable service

On the 17/08/2019 we took our son to the hospital his fever was very high on 40. Firstly they kept us at the reception for over an hour waiting to be attended to up until my husband complained then the called us inn. Only to find a doctor who prescribed two antibiotics at once for my 1 year old he told us that one has to balance the other and advice us if we don't see any change we should bring our son back for more observation , we then asked one of the nurses that will there be another charge for second observation she told us they will be no charge since we are bringing the child for the second time . Only to find out that on the 19/08/2019 we brought back our son because we did not see any change as we were instructed the doctor on duty asked us to provide the medication prescribed for us we took all the medication which was two antibiotics calpol, allergex and suppositories the doctor was shocked and told us our son was not supposed to be prescribed two antibiotics.

We also told this doctor that our child keeps on pointing in his mouth he did not assess the child what so ever he was just writing on the file only to find out when we get home our so has sores on the mouth so in both occasions couldn't these so called qualified doctor's pick that up and prescribed necessary medication for our son instead of all this this nonsense meditation we had two pay for ... Brenthurst is quick to double charge us for nothing the service is despicable and the doctor's clearly dont know what the are doing.
