DEMANDS PAYMENT for "outstanding fee" but cant send a invoice to show what for...

I have been called, emailed and received sms several times from a "Debt Collector" from Life Wilgers Hospital, Saying my account is in arears and have to pay R230.

I have payed everything on invoices and forward the proof of payments. So I asked for a statement for the extra outstanding R230. I will not pay until I know what for. It has been 5 months and still bugging me for R230 and again still waiting for a statement/ invoice to show what the R230 is for...

Until then STOP CALLING ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!
