Debt Not Being Settled

My Spouse Got Admitted in February 2024 at Life Rosepark in Bloemfontein. My medical aid settled the bill and the was an outstanding amount of R6 900.00 that was eventually settled by my Medical Aid in November 2024.
I have been submitting proof that the account is settled however the matter is now sitting with Legal for an account handover. I am not happy at all with the treatment.
