Cruel anesthetist at Life Vincent Pallotti

I had surgery at Life Vincent Pallotti last week. The anesthetist, Dr Bryant Roux, of Molteno Anesthetics Group, was shockingly rude and cruel. There was something wrong with the mask. I told him Icouldn't breathe through it. He held it over my face and said I could breathe even though I told him I couldnt. It was blocked or something. Then I awoke gagging on a nasal intubation tube and begged him to take it out. He refused to take it out. He said when I'm the anesthetist I could take it out. Then he actually lifted his head to look at me, saw me gagging, and quickly pulled the tube out. The whole thing was INCREDIBLY painful. I will never go back to any life hospital as long as that man practices there.
